Package Your Robot
Carefully pack the device and all original accessories, including the base station and cleaning modules, into the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
